Privacy Policy

Last updated August 1, 2026

This is my personal site. I keep this short and honest: I only collect what you choose to give me, and I use it only to talk to you about the thing you reached out about.

What I collect

When you book a call, you share your name, email, and optionally your phone number, along with any context you type in (what it's about, your stage, what you need help with). If you email me directly, I have whatever you put in that email. That's it. No tracking pixels selling you to anyone, no hidden profiling.

How I use it

To schedule our call, show up prepared, and follow up about that conversation. Nothing else. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it except with the tools below that make the booking actually work.

Who processes it

  • Cal.com — runs the scheduling and stores your booking details. See their privacy policy at cal.com/privacy.
  • Vercel — hosts this site and processes basic request logs.

How long I keep it

As long as it's useful for staying in touch about your enquiry. Ask me to delete it and I will.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete anything I hold about you, or ask me to stop contacting you, at any time. Just email ethandsouzaftw@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or India's DPDP Act) you may have additional rights; I'll honour reasonable requests regardless.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions? Email me.
